Quality Mix Advantages:
By adding water, the mix is ready for use. It saves cost of mixing machines, mixing laborers, minimizes waste. In addition to that, it is easy to transport, and readily available at any time. The ingredients of every Mix are carefully selected, prepared, weighed. They are then automatically mixed and bagged. Prices are competitive.
Metrics:
- A 50 KG (110 lb) bag, covers a 1 meter square x 2.2 cm thick area.
- A 50 KG (110 lb) bag, yields approximately 22.2L (0.82ft3) .
- A 35 KG (77 lb) bag, covers a 1 meter square x 1.6 cm thick area.
- A 35 KG (77 lb) bag, yields approximately 1.56L (0.58ft3).
 Concrete Mix:
We prepare all grades of concrete in bags of 35kg and 50kg. We stock grade K150 and produce all other grades upon request.
Applications: Ready mix concrete in bags is used to pour concrete forms, repair and maintenance.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand, ordinary Portland cement and gravel in accordance to local and international standards.
Instructions: The mix is ready by simply adding water as per the instructions on the bag.
Saricrete:
Applications: Used as concrete with reduced setting time by around 50%allowing for early removal of forms and provides high early strength.
It is highly recommended for road repairs.
Ingredients: Gravel, washed sieved sand, ordinary portland cement, and curing agents.
Instructions: The mix is ready by simply adding water as per the instructions on the bag.
Splash Mix:
Applications: Splash mix is used to create rough surfaces in preparation for rendering.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand, ordinary Portland cement and gravel in accordance to local and international standards.
Instructions: The mix is ready by simply adding water as per the instructions on the bag.
Render Mix:
Applications: Used for smoothening surfaces in preparation for plastering and painting.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand and ordinary Portland cement in accordance to local and international standards.
Instructions: The mix is ready by simply adding water as per the instructions on the bag.
Screed Mix:
Applications: Used to pour concrete forms, it is mainly used for flooring purposes.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand, ordinary Portland cement and gravel in accordance to local and international standards.

Mortar Mix:
Applications: Used to install bricks, flooring tiles, porcelain, curb stone….etc.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand, ordinary Portland cement in accordance to local and international standards.

Sand:
Applications: To prepare cementous mixes, play grounds. In addition to that, it may be used for sanitary purposes for pets.
Ingredients: Sieved and washed sand.
Gravel:
Applications: To prepare cementous mixes and decorations.
Ingredients: Gravel 12.5mm, and is available in black or white colors.
